Hello Sharks!

Great win last night!  You all did an amazing job.  A parent commented to me how much they appreciate all the hard work I do for swim team, when in fact YOU are the ones that do all the hard work.  Coaches, swimmers, volunteers, parents, nannies, families, siblings... all of you are important to the SHARKS swim team.  Thank you.

Our season is winding down and here are the last few events for swim team.

Signups are due Thursday June 20 at 11:30pm for those swimmers that want to swim the ASA Divisionals at GaTech.  This is a hard deadline, with absolutely NO exceptions.  ASA Divisionals are at GaTech on Wednesday June 26 at 9am.  If you have any questions about this event, no matter the question, please reach out directly to me today  [email protected] 

Signups are due Friday June 21 at 11:30pm for those swimmers that want to swim our final dual meet of the season on Monday June 24 at Kingsley.  

We will have our annual Lap-A-Thon with Swim Across America to benefit the Aflac Children's Cancer Center at CHOA this Friday, June 21.  The swimmers will have their laps counted during their usual practice time on Friday.  Swimmers are encouraged to  collect funds for our team contribution to this worthy cause.  You can collect contributions and submit to me thru next Thursday June 27.  Cash or checks payable to CHOA.  

Our last mini meet for the 6&under swimmers is this Friday June 21 at 11am.  Come out and cheer our littlest Sharks!

Our last dual meet is at Kingsley on Monday June 24.  Sign up your swimmer(s) now and please volunteer for a job.  Thank you.

Our last evening practice is tomorrow June 20.

Our last morning practice is Monday June 24.

We will have practice on Tuesday June 25, 10-11am for ONLY those swimmers signed up to swim the ASA Divisionals at GaTech.  

Our end of season celebration is Thursday June 27, 6-10pm.  Please come out and celebrate our coaches and swimmers.  The Kona Ice truck will be there and all Sharks will get a free sno-cone.  Please bring small bills if you plan to buy additonal sno-cones.  Bring a picnic dinner (no glass) and plan to stay for the awards, sno-cones, free swim and fellowship with your fellow Sharks.
