Hello Sharks,

Quite a few of you have asked how to register your swimmer for a meet, below you will find the answers.  

Also, for those 6U's that are not quite ready to swim a big meet or not able to independently swim a full lap of the pool, we will have our 6U Roxboro Sharks Mini Meets. On Friday mornings in June, during the scheduled 6U practice time at 8am, we will have a mini meet.  There will be coaches and helpers in the water to help those that need it.  We will give out ribbons and a treat to every 6U swimmer that participates.  It is our answer for those swimmers that just aren't quite ready for the big night time meets.  No need to signup or rsvp, just show up on time for practice with a positive attitude and ready to swim.

To sign up your swimmer(s) for a meet:

On a computer using the Swimtopia website:

Go to RoxboroSharks.swimtopia.com

Login using the same login and password you created when you registered your swimmer(s).

At the upper right hand corner, see upcoming events, click on the meet you want to sign up for.

Click on the green button “Meet Entry” to select attending or not attending for each of your swimmer(s).

Click on the green button “Job Signup” to sign up for a volunteer job, remember if your child is swimming in the meet, we expect you to volunteer to work at the meet.

On a device using the Swimtopia mobile app:

Login using the same login and password you created when you registered your swimmer(s).

Scroll down to “Events”, click on the meet you want to sign up for.

Click on “Meet Signup”, “edit”, select swimmer, then select attending or not attending for each of your swimmer(s), SAVE your entries.

Click on “Job Signup” to sign up for a volunteer job, remember if your child is swimming in the meet, we expect you to volunteer to work at the meet.
