Hello Sharks!

Be sure to sign up your swimmer for meet#3! Signups close at 11:30pm tonight, Friday June 9. This is our third meet of the season Roxboro Sharks at Huntley Hills Hammerheads. 2032 Plantation Lane, Chamblee GA 30341

Our on deck time (arrival) for AWAY meets is 4:30pm. We will markup the swimmers with their events. Our in water warmup session is 5pm. The meet starts promptly at 5:30pm. We do everything in our power to get a meet in on the designated day. If there is thunder or lighting and we can delay the start but still have the meet on the designated day, that is the best solution.

I am waiting for more information from Huntley Hills about their parking, seating, concessions, etc. As soon as I get that information, I will pass it on to you.

Please volunteer for a job to help our meet go safely and smoothly. The rule is “if your child is swimming in the meet, you are expected to work one job for that meet”. There is no volunteer job that will prevent you from seeing your swimmer swim his/her events. Our Volunteer Coordinators are excited to help you with your volunteer roles. The Volunteer Coordinators work hard to make sure the jobs required to run a safe and efficient meet are filled with priority. You may be asked to move to a different position, and I trust you will be open and flexible with their requests.
