Hello Sharks!

We are nearing the end of the season, and what a great summer of Roxboro Sharks swimming it has been!

Tomorrow, Tuesday June 18, is meet#4 at Hampton Hall Waves. Sharks arrive at 4:30pm, warmups at 5pm, meet starts at 5:30pm. 1218 Warrenhall Lane, Brookhaven 30319

Hampton Hall will have a full concession stand available that night including hamburgers, hot dogs, fruit, chips, drinks, and candy. They accept Paypal, Venmo, and cash. Please bring small bills if possible.

Hampton Hall parking is on the neighborhood streets as the parking lot will be extremely limited-- just remember to follow the "no parking" signs and park only on the right hand side of the street and to not block driveways.

This week is the last week of Monday and Thursday evening practices. It is also our last 6Unders MiniMeet on Friday, June 21.

Next week meet#5 is on MONDAY JUNE 24. Signups are open now and will close on Friday June 21 at 11pm. We will have regular practice on Monday June 24 morning. Tuesday June 25 and Wednesday June 26 practices are only for those signed up to swim the ASA Championship meet on Thursday June 27.

Tuesday June 25 and Wednesday June 26 practice schedule:

6Under 8-8:30am | 7/8’s 8-8:45am | 9/10’s 8:30-9:20am | 11+ 8:45-9:45am

ASA Championship meet for Roxboro Sharks is on Thursday June 27. Signups are open now and will close on Wednesday June 19 at 11pm. You may chose two individual events for this meet. Coach Eli will build the relays based on signups.

Season End Celebration will be Thursday June 27, 5-8pm.

Finally, thank you to all the Sharks that sent good wishes and cheers to Avery Bargeron and Evelyn Entrekin at the U.S. Olympic Swimming Team Trials in Indianapolis. Coach Virginia Jane made the trip to cheer them on in person. We are so proud of all our Sharks!
