Hello Sharks,

Our last regular practice session is tomorrow Monday June 24.

6U's 8-8:30am | 

7/8's 8:30-9:15am | 9/10's 9:15-10am | 11+ 10-10:50am

Our last dual meet of the season, meet#5, is tomorrow Monday June 24. Roxboro Sharks host the Brittany Barracudas. Sharks arrive at 4pm, warmups at 4:30pm, meet starts at 5:30pm. We will celebrate our High School Class of 2024 Sharks with their final swims as Roxboro Sharks at the conclusion of the meet. And, a one hour free swim under the night sky after the meet. Please make plans to stay late and celebrate our high school seniors.

Pool and Parking Lot close at 3pm tomorrow Monday June 24.  Please do not leave your car in the parking lot after 3pm.  It is absolutely necessary that we clear the lot completely.  I am pretty good at recognizing everyone's cars by now, and if I see you at the meet, I will ask you nicely to move it up the hill.  Thank you.

Signup for a volunteer job now as we will need everyone to help make this last home meet a great one! We have volunteer jobs that must be filled to provide a safe and fun swim meet for all. No job will prevent you from watching your Shark swim their races. Thank you.

We are still collecting optional donations for the season end gifts to our incredible coaches. If you would like to contribute please venmo Kay Alexander @kay-alexander (last 4 digits 5664). Please make those contributions before noon on Wednesday June 26. Our coaches especially love handwritten cards and pictures from the Sharks. We will collect those at Monday’s practice, Monday’s meet, and at the Season End Celebration on Thursday June 27.

Coach Eli, Coach Grogan, Coach Libby, Coach Alaric, Coach Kate, Coach Mary, Coach Virginia Jane, Coach Ella, Coach Jack, Coach Davis, Coach Anna, Coach Kyle, and Coach Winlon have worked incredibly well and hard for every single one of our Sharks.
