Hello Sharks!

Last call for meet#2 entries! The meet is Tuesday June 2, at Roxboro. We are hosting the Murphey Candler Marlins. Please be sure to sign up your swimmer before 11pm TODAY, Friday May 29. No exceptions. While you are signing up your Sharks, go ahead and sign up for a volunteer shift. “If your Shark is swimming the meet, you are expected to volunteer one shift of the meet”. Thank you.

Many thanks to all those that made the extra effort to be at practice either last night or this morning. The coaches worked hard to make sure every Shark that was signed up to swim meet#1 vs Brittany Club got the opportunity to swim their events. We had fun cheering them on, and I am thankful for the Sportsmanship of all the Sharks.  They did a bunch of fast swimming in a short period of time.  Perhaps it was the reward of the 6U mini meet treats for everyone!

We are in the process now of manually uploading all those times, we will merge the results with Brittany Club, and ribbons will be printed and distributed Wednesday June 3 during practice. Don’t worry if you miss practice, we have the ribbons safely stored and will get them to you at any practice time after Wednesday June 3.
