Hello Sharks,

Please read this email for all details regarding this final, very busy, last week of summer swim team.

MONDAY, June 26 at 6pm Roxboro hosts our final home meet against Briarcliff Sagamore.  Arrival time is 4:30pm. Please adhere to all posted parking signs, please do not block driveways, please do not park on the gravel portion of Lee Circle, and please only park on one side of the road.  Parking on only one side of the road allows for emergency vehicle access to the pool if it is ever needed.  I hope it is never needed but if it is I would hate for cars parked on both sides of the road be the delay of life saving care to arrive at the pool.  The pool will close at 3pm and the parking lot will be reserved parking only.  

VOLUNTEER.  If you do not volunteer, do not expect your child to swim in the meet.  We still have about 20 spots open for volunteers. Please do your part.  

AFTER THE MEET, we will celebrate with a free swim and pizza.  We also have something special planned for our swimmers but I will need to know who is able to stay after the meet for the fun.  If your swimmer is planning to stay for the post meet fun, please fill out a slip with their name and put it in the appropriate cup at the Volunteer check in table.  Go ahead and volunteer if you haven't done so already while you are there.  Because we are celebrating after the meet, there will be no games and munchkins on Tuesday.  

PRACTICE on Tuesday and Wednesday will be only for those swimmers already rsvp'd for the ASA Divisionals at Georgia Tech. All age groups will practice from 10-11am on Tuesday, June 27 and Wednesday June 27.  More information regarding this event coming in an email later today.

SEASON END CELEBRATION will be on Thursday, June 29 at 6:30pm.  We will recognize our swimmers and coaches. The Roxboro Sharks Dive Team will also present their awards.  We will have free Kona Ice for all Sharks swimmers and divers. Please make plans to join us for the fun.  

TEAM and INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS have been delivered.  I will have them on deck Monday morning during practice.  After that, you can pick them up at SharkBites along with any ribbons or awards for your swimmer.
