Please RSVP and volunteer for next week’s AWAY meet at Vermack on Tuesday, June 14th.  If you cannot get signed onto the SHARKS website-or you know someone that can’t—please let me know and we will work to resolve it.  Bev Maiellaro just put some awesome photos from Tuesday night’s meet on the website so you definitely want to go to the website for a look—and to RSVP!

Mini meet on Friday 6/10 at 11:00 for 5 & 6s.  Stay around to cheer them on!

Sharks mini camp continues for 3 & 4s at 11:30.

Stroke Clinic on Saturday 6/11 is CANCELLED to allow a home dive meet to be rescheduled. Fyi--Our divers have won 2 in a row too.  Way to go Sharks!!

If you are ever looking for the Ribbon Box, it lives in Shark Bites when the coaches don’t have it on the deck. 

Next Wednesday 6/15 is Photo Day. I’ll have order form hard copies at the pool but an electronic version is attached.  I am completely biased but sibling photos from swim team are THE cutest!!

Next Friday 6/17 we will be having a lap-a-thon  for 7 and ups to benefit Children’s Health Care of Atlanta.  Concept is simple—your kids ask for a sponsor or two and then swim on Friday.  The coaches count the laps.  Donors give cash or make a check payable to CHOA and Darina Leonard and I will total the amount for a Sharks donation to Children’s Healthcare.  Team probably kicks in a little too!  Donor form is attached and more details to follow. Please note that participation is completely VOLUNTARY  and no amount is too small.   Great kids swimming for a great cause!!
