Some communication logistics—

The new RVA website does not handle some team capabilities that we needed.  As a result you will need to use the Roxboro SHARKS website to RSVP and Volunteer for meets.  I think with some practice you will find the site easy to use.  As the season progresses,  we will enter swim times into this website and you will be able to access your swimmer’s times there. 

You should use the same e-mail address that you used to register your swimmer and the password welcome.  After the 1st time you log in, you will be asked to change your password.  After you get on the site, please take a minute to review the calendar and check out how to RSVP (your kids names should pop up!) and Volunteer.   When you do RSVP/Volunteer, don’t forget to Save at the bottom!  You can check out if you have signed up for meets under the Parent Page on the top left.

Time will tell if I use the RVA website or the SHARKS website to send e-mails.  It will likely depend on what happens to my inbox for the rest of the day:)
